1. Reintegration Program
• Paglalathala at pagsasagawa ng mas kapaki-pakinabang at nakabubuting plans and programs na ayon sa pangangailangan ng mga OFWs
• Support para skills training, business feasibility research, cooperative organization, re-employment, at iba pang reintegration assistance, especially at worksite
• Credit facility para dagdag sa business capital ng OFW entrepreneurs
2. Pagpapatupad at pagpapatibay sa Batas RA8042 o Migrant Workers Act
• Legal assistance sa worksite para sa OFW cases tulad ng non-payment of salaries, maltreatment by employers, at iba pang klaseng mga kaso
• Provision, tulad ng safehouse, para sa mga distressed, runaway, or stranded OFWs
• Madaliang repatriation
• Closer monitoring ng jailed Filipinos
3. Pagpapatugon sa OWWA para sa pangangailangan ng mga OFWs
• Transparency and accounting of funds
• Emergency loan facility
• Develop housing project for OFWs
• Invest in an OFW hospital
• Establish OFW-customized pension fund
4. Pagpapatibay ng POEA para sa kapakanan ng nagnanasa maging OFW
• Mas mabisang measures para sa OFW protection against contract substitution, lowered salary from agreed amount, lessened benefits, at iba pang illegal recruitment practices possibly through bilateral labor treaties with host countries
• More comprehensive PDOS at onsite Post Arrival Orientation Seminar to better prepare OFW from culture shock, worksite realities, and other locally distressing factors with the assistance of OFW NGOs locally and abroad
5. Pagsasabatas ng OFW Investment Incentives Law
• Legislation to provide incentives for OFWs to invest in cottage, small, and medium scale industries similar to those comprising RA 7042 such as tax holiday, import tax and duty exemption, tax credits on raw materials and local capital equipment, additional tax deduction on labor expense, simplification of customs processing, export tax exemption, and additional local government incentives
• Consolidation of other government C/S/M business assistance programs into the OFW investment incentives law especially crafted to facilitate and to enhance establishment of OFW industries countrywide
6. Filipino Community Resource Center
• Implementation in accordance to RA8042 in areas with more than 20,000 Filipinos, particularly in localities that have social restrictions and limited venues
• Self-sustaining multi-purpose facility for OFWs to engage in educational, cultural, recreational, and other social activities such as auditorium/ gymnasium lecture hall/ theater, library and research center, training and seminar room for skills advancement and livelihood, and others for purposes of preparation by OFWs for their eventual return back to the Philippines with their accumulated capital and acquired business and other skills that they can acquire during their time of overseas employment
7. Global Filipino Nation
• Formulation of strategic plans and programs for the government to better address the Filipino diaspora
• Institute synergistic and symbiotic relations between government and Filipino communities abroad
• Promote dignity in Filipino nationalism, patriotism, and other positive values
